Welcome to Compass Chiropractic! We know a new environment can be intimidating, so we put everything you need to know about what to expect at your first appointment right here on this page!

Before we get started, we need a full health history to understand the depths of your concerns. We begin this process with having you fill out some intake forms to help us get to know what your goals are.

You can either fill it out when you arrive or print it out ahead of time and bring it with you to save some time in the office.

CONSULT AND EXAM

We take the time to get to know each one of our practice members and this is where it all begins! We will go over your complete health history, educate you on chiropractic, and address any concerns you may have. Next, we will perform a comprehensive series of neurological assessments to objectively measure your current health status.

Explore our full range of adult chiropractic services including care for back pain, neck pain, headaches, and nervous system wellness.

For pediatric patients, the process is adapted to be shorter, gentler, and age-appropriate — many kids actually enjoy their visits.

For prenatal chiropractic patients, our evaluation includes pregnancy-specific assessments and a modified adjustment table for your comfort.

DIGITAL XRAYS

If necessary, we will perform a series of digital chiropractic postural x-rays right here on site! These x-rays will help us assess the structure of your spine so we can make the most appropriate recommendations and corrections catered to your unique health goals.

EDUCATION AND ANALYSIS

During your first visit in our office we spend time explaining chiropractic and the techniques we utilize as well as getting to know you, analyzing your concerns and understanding your health goals.

Once we have completed our assessment we will dedicate time to going through your complete file to develop a customized chiropractic recommendation which will help you achieve your goals.

Because it takes time to fully analyze your current health status, the depth of your concerns and develop a plan that is just right for you, we will ask for you to return for a second visit.
